Been coming here since they opened and am so excited for them to be celebrating 15 years in 2025! Wonderful people, amazing food (everything is great but the pastries are so so good), and really enjoy the walled patio out front. First place I ever got to try cafe con leche. I hope I get to come back for many years to come.

Set in a cozy converted house, there are several different rooms and sitting arrangements, but lends to the atmosphere. I had the Arepa with shredded pork, my cousin had the Ropa Vieja plate. It reminded me of the food I've had in Costa Rica, which is comforting, and savory. It is counter-order, and doesn't seem to offer free refills as they provide juices and lemonades and not cheap sodas or iced tea. I highly recommend, especially if you've never had this type of cuisine.

Yuuummm!!! Guava Tree came highly recommended by a number of friends so I had to try it! Their sandwiches are hot, fresh, and delicious. I even ordered to go to have it again later that day. Add the yucca fries to your sandwich, although without you still have plenty of food! Great way to support local and get amazing food too!
